Lumineers

Lumineers are super thin veneers, made from specialised porcelain and are unique in that they are contact lens thin and super translucent.

They require little or no tooth preparation and are a painless and permanent way of changing the shape and alignment of the teeth. They resist micro-leakage and micro-cracking.

Lumineers have unparalleled longevity and maintenance is the same as with normal teeth. They are completely reversible.

If you are not happy with the size, shape, colour or contour of your teeth, then Lumineers are for you. The Wentworth Clinic is a specially accredited centre to provide Lumineers by Cerinate.

Your Consultation

If you are unhappy with the shape or colour of your teeth, you need to arrange a consultation. Your dentist will examine your teeth and the condition of your soft tissues (gums) to formulate a treatment plan.

Procedure

• Pre-operative photographs are taken, along with special impressions to cast study models.
• Minimal or even no tooth preparation needs to be carried out.
• You will be involved in all the steps in deciding the shape and shade of your Lumineers.
• All details will be sent to Santa Monica in California for processing and will be ready in 3 weeks for the final stage.
• The ready made Lumineers are then cemented to your teeth.
